This page explains how to get your AdAutopilot data deleted. It applies to everything we hold for you: your workspace, your brands, your ads, your Brain, the media you uploaded, and the connection between AdAutopilot and your Meta account.
Delete your whole workspace
Email support@getadautopilot.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete your workspace. We delete the workspace and everything in it within 30 days of your request.
Cancel your plan first if it is still active. Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription, so a live plan keeps billing until you cancel it. You can cancel yourself in the app under Settings, then Billing.
If your subscription ends
When a subscription ends, your workspace and its data stay available to you for 30 days so you can retrieve anything you want to keep. After that we delete it. If you would rather it went sooner, email us and we will delete it right away.
Delete a single brand
You do not need us for this. Deleting a brand is instant and self serve: open the app, go to Settings, then Brand, and delete it there. That removes the brand along with its ads, its Brain, and its uploaded media.
Disconnect AdAutopilot from Meta
You can revoke our access to your Meta account at any time from your own Meta Business Settings, without contacting us. Removing AdAutopilot there immediately stops our access to your Meta data.
