- When you browse: anonymous, aggregated usage analytics via Vercel Analytics. This is privacy-friendly and does not use tracking cookies or identify you personally.
- When you buy: your email address and your GitHub username, which you provide at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
- When you contact us: the email address and any information you include in your message.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to fulfill your purchase (provision and share your private repository, and send your welcome email), to provide support, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers that operate our site and fulfill your order:
- Stripe — payment processing
- GitHub — delivery of your repository
- Resend — transactional email (your welcome email)
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
Each processes information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. The self-hosted software
AdAutopilot runs entirely on your owninfrastructure. We do not host it, access it, or process any data it handles — including your clients' data, leads, or advertising data. For your own deployment, you are the data controller and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
5. Retention
We retain purchase and transaction records for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and other information for as long as needed for the purposes described above.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@getadautopilot.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, including Canada's PIPEDA.
7. International processing
Some of our service providers operate in other countries (for example, the United States), so your information may be processed there.
8. Children
AdAutopilot is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
